Okay i'm a novice at this stuff. But I can not get the simple dictionary to run right. I have added 4 dictionaries (even compiled them into 1 with dictionary generator). But when I go to start it it just runs for about 2 seconds and says its complete, doesn't try any passwords or anything. Please help asap.

If you chose an algorithm like MD5, since it's really fast, it's normal that it tries every word in a couple of seconds.
